It was a good event with at least 80 riders participated in the event.....

ROAM seniors Red & A-Mud finished 1st for Masters & 3rd for Mens Open. A-Mud crashed in the final but fought back for 3rd place...way to go ROAMer
ROAMer The Fast Fadzlee champ for Mens Elite...good job ROAMer after so long with no victory...

Too bad Head Honcho Uncle Bully & Super Yamm crashed in our final run in Masters category...
Super Yamm still got 4th place despite the crash at the last turn before DirtDrop. Uncle Bully crashed at the top section after Angel Jump and cruised down with a tilted handlebar....too bad..

Well its a race, anything can happened.... so now ROAMers are preparing for Cikole, Bandung in March 28-30.....

We are back again here in our HQ. We touched down at LCCT at around 2030 hrs. Indeed it was a very fun and exciting race. New and different feeling to race by the seaside, staircase and pavement. The Thai riders are very friendly and we have a blood brothers in Thai, MaxRider team. They treated us with like we have known them for more than 10 years. Very helpful, kind and indeed a true friendship brothers and sisters of handlebars.

The crowds as usual very supportive and they cheered us like a superstars. We love you Pattaya and Thailand.

The ROAMers Uncle Bully & Yamm had a good seeding run where Uncle Bully managed to get 5th and Yamm 3rd.

The final run;
Uncle Bully crashed.
Yamm had a sketchy run.

ehemm.... whatsup guys.

i would love to share my first experience riding n racing in cikole. First of all, the place is nice and the people are friendly, seriously. The first two buddy i met was KiKi and Yudee, we went around bandung and to our challet known as Puri Tomat or, 'Tomi Parat' as Fadzlee would call it. Okay straight to riding... Very first run, Bully led the way followed by Yamm, me and Rizal. It was muddier than ever but thanks to Maxxis WetScream (also thanks to bully for convincing me to get it from WaWan bike shop), sliding around but enjoy the ride pretty much. We did a number of runs that day and this is what we got

What a trip! Great race atmosphere, great friends and a fast course albeit not too technical, very hard to go fast, to me at least (being 1st timer and all). Not to mention no push up!!!

ROAMers present: Bully, Yamm, Rizal & Amad + new ROAMer Fadzlee. Guest ROAMers: Man Boy and Is from Singapore.

We rode together, slept in same area, went out together +++

Also present were Project Maheez team of Choy Zure, Choy Linda, Choy Armijn, Choy Riesa and Choy Hon Chun, making it a most wonderful crowd!!! Tapirtuned was represented! (and made it to the podium too...

Today is good day to ride eventho its 2nd day of Hari Raya. But it was worth it. And it also marked my first DH session after 3 months of OFF SEASON.

Today the ROAMers , it was me n Rizal and joined by Wan Bullit, his brother, Tan The Whistler, Koh, Fadzlee Delmatic, other cool guys who did some all mountain riding as well.

Rizal brought his brother Amir for a photo shoot. It was cool. Later, Rizal will upload d pics.

For me, did some jumps, angel drop....but not yet test d wall ride n dirt drop. 1st ride, so I laid back a little not rushing things. The rest really thrashing it out. Still got time to prepare for Bandung. Just wanna concentrate on cornering and jumps.

Pity for Rizal tho, he crashed at the dirt drop and slide on the wooden bridge. Normal abrasion n cuts on the knee, courtesy of 661 Kyle Strait guards that slides off. So we called it a day after the incident.

Yeah, we all will be going to Bandung on 23 Oct 2007. We will be there until 29 Oct 2007. The legendary Cikole1,2 & 3 and Jayagiri 1 & 2 awaits us.

For Rizal and Amad, its a new place for them to ride and race. But what I can tell both of you is that it is by far the most comfortable place to ride with its luxury of cooling weather and no pushing of bikes are required.

Definitely it will be our first race right after Ramadhan.

So Roamers, semper fi do or die
